有些摩托車~本身就有腳踏~啟動桿
也就是~沒電~或是電壓不夠~就無用馬達~電發啟動
但是~可以腳踩~~

可是~越來越多的摩托車~和重機~都沒有腳踏的啟動功能~
沒電~就無法發動~
加上~現代的車都有電腦控制器~時鐘~或是防盜器~遙控等~~功能~
這些~功能~越多的的先進東西~本身~就是耗電器材~
你不騎~不開電源~照樣會耗電~
才會有人說~把電池~接頭部分拔掉~以免耗電
